Chris was born and raised in Los Angeles, attending Cal Poly Pomona for Undergrad where he achieved his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology-Exercise science. He then went on to attend USC for Grad School where he earned his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. During his time at USC, Chris served as Vice-President of PTMLA (Physical Therapy Multicultural Leadership Alliance), an organization created to promote diversity in the field of physical therapy as well as encourage students to take leadership roles in the community. He continued his training after graduating and has now been recognized as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, one of the highest distinctions in the field. Chris truly has a passion for Physical Therapy and enjoys being able to help people achieve their goals on a daily basis. He has a good sense of humor, so while he is dedicated to offering you the best care he can, he likes to keep his sessions light and fun. Whether your journey to recovery is long or short, you’ll never be bored.
When he is not working in the clinic Chris enjoys being outside cycling and hiking. He likes challenging himself and in 2014 took a 26 day road biking trip along the coast from San Diego, CA to Portland, OR. Chris is a big fan of sports, both playing and watching. He enjoys rooting for the local LA sports teams so you may catch him at a stadium cheering on the Lakers, Dodgers, LA Kings, LAFC, and the Packers.
